7 tips for a strong finish to spring semester
Mid-semester grades are now available in SIS. You can view them by selecting “grades” from the drop-down menu in the academics section of the main student center screen.
Mid-semester grades are an important indicator of your current standing in each of your courses. Reviewing them provides a good opportunity for you to reflect on your academic progress and decide on action that needs to be taken in the second-half of the semester. Your academic adviser will review your mid-semester grades as well, so now’s a good time to contact them to set up a meeting and discuss your academic performance.
If you’re pleased with your mid-semester grades, congratulate yourself on a job well done and continue to work hard to ensure a strong finish to the semester. If your mid-semester grades are not quite at the level you would like, now is the time to seek assistance and implement a plan for improvement.
