Hispanic Heritage Month events run now through Oct. 15

2017 Hispanic Heritage Month Calendar letter sized (1)Celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month starting this Friday with a series of events featuring Hispanic artists, actors and writers, as well as Hispanic food and dance.

Hispanic Heritage Month, a national tribute to the generations of Hispanic Americans who have positively influenced and enriched our nation and society, takes place Sept. 15 through Oct. 15.

The month will include more than a dozen scheduled events, including Saturday’s Noche Latina, hosted by student group La Alianza and featuring DJ Flaco Flash, at The Jolly Scholar starting at 10 p.m. Admission is free. Enjoy four continuous hours of the hottest Reggaeton, Bachata, Salsa and Merengue hits back to back!
