Learn “Lessons from Charlottesville” Monday during the Power of Diversity series

848155a0-47a4-41c5-9dae-3659281476c1The Office of Inclusion, Diversity and Equal Opportunity sponsors the Power of Diversity lecture series to inspire campus dialogue, community engagement, and civic education and learning about the national narrative on diversity and inclusion.

Join the conversation Monday, Oct. 9 at 4:30 p.m. in Ballroom B of the Tinkham Veale University Center to hear from black feminist author and scholar Beverly Guy-Sheftall.  She is the founding director of the Women’s Research and Resource Center and will present the talk, “Lessons from Charlottesville: Intersectionality 101.”
